the answer is no. unless you in elementary school. if you think about it in school drug is practically considered a drug depending on what stage in school you’re in which would correspond to different places in the world. in elementary school you’re in america and the police crackdown on the smallest bit of gum even if you’re not chewing it. you have to discretely make under the table deals and sell it for the other kids giving you their pudding at lunch. you’ve got six years of that and then you move down to mexico (middle school) and the drug we know as gum is  a little more accepted and more used but still the fact is that the cops (teachers) have to make some arrests or they don’t have any to use for themselves. four years of that. then you get to high school and you move out to columbia and the cops care even less!!!! as long as you’re not disturbing anyone you can usually do it. teachers faculty and students generally don’t care. then you finally move onto college and your adult life and you can buy chew and give away gum whenever and wherever you want. you have finally made it. to amsterdam where absolutely everything is legal!
